ColourPop Rose Makeup Look

First off, let me say I LOVE this look.  This has been my go to look lately, it is extremely daytime wearable. In the picture it comes off as more orange toned than it is in real life.  In person it is a shimmery rose color. I hope you all enjoy this look, I will be doing a ColourPop Cosmetics review with swatches soon!

What I Used:
  • Lorac Pro Palette 2
  • Colour Pop Super Shock Shadows in
    • Hanky Panky
    • La La
    • Girly
  • Maybelline Great Lash Mascara
  • Maybelline Falsies Volume Express Flared
  • Sephora Black Liner and White Liner

Step 1:  First, I applied the color "Hanky Panky" by ColourPop all over my lid and into my crease as a base coat as well as a transition color.  I then blended it out with a fluffy brush. I recommend using synthetic bristle brushes for these shadows.

Step 2: Then I used the color "Snow" from the Lorac Pro Palette 2 as a highlight for my brow-bone.

Step 3: For the star of this whole look, I took "La La" on my middle finger and pack it on all over my lid. I did multiple layers to intensify the color.

Step 4: For a crease color, I took "Mocha" from the Lorac Pro Palette 2 on a fluffy blending brush and put this in the outer corner and worked it into the crease.

Step 5: At this point you can add more "La La" and "Mocha" to the intensity you want just make sure to blend everything out after.

Step 6: On a small detail brush or pencil brush, take "Cocoa" from the Lorac Pro Palette 2 and apply it right along the upper lash line and smoke it out. This helps to define the lash line since I am not using line.

Step 7: Tight line the upper lash line with a black pencil liner, and then line the water line with a white pencil liner.  The white on the water line helps to make the eyes appear bigger and more open.

Step 8: Take the color "Girly" from ColourPop and apply this to the inner corner as a highlight.

Step 9: I used the Maybelline Falsies Volume Expressed Flared for my top lashes and the Maybelline Great Lash mascara for my bottom lashes.

Now the look is complete! In these pictures I am also wearing ColourPop Cosmetics blush in "Birthday Suit" and ColourPop lippie pencil and lippie stix in "Bound" :)
